Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Edith & Olive! Many of our items are personalized or made to order, so please allow time for us to create your order before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Personalized or custom items may require additional processing time. Any longer production time will be noted in the product description when applicable.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8.00, with free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15.00.

Please note that selecting Express shipping speeds up the shipping portion of your order but does not shorten the time required to create or personalize an item.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at orders@edithandolive.com.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@edithandolive.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging.
